Our staffs are professionally trained and adequately security vetted regularly. We ensure that the legal adult to child ratio set by OFSTED is maintained at all times and that our staff have access to ongoing training to keep them updated and more developed to dispatch their duties more effectively and accurately. Our team in each centre consist of:
- Centre Manager – All our Centre Managers hold minimum of NVQ level 3 up to Degree Level qualifications in Childcare and Education or equivalent with substantial experience in all areas of childcare.
- Deputy Manager – Our deputies stand in for our Managers in exceptional circumstances as such they also hold NVQ Level 3 up to Degree Level qualification in childcare or equivalent with years of hands-on childcare experience.
- Key Workers – Every child is assigned a key worker, who takes the lead role in that child’s welfare and care.
All members of our staff are Safeguarding, First-aid, Food Safety and Positive Behaviour Management trained and this enables us achieve our target of nurturing and developing our children by bringing the loving care of home life into our centers.
